Not only was the show great, but the finale was named by TV Guide, TV Land and many others as one of the most memorable in American television history. There were also some great characters, like Larry and his two brothers Darryl and... Darryl! And Tom Poston as the Stratford's somewhat dim handyman, who would often make simple things complicated. Not to mention all the locals who often seem to have a somewhat narrowminded view of local concerns, much to Bob's bemusement. The show took a different turn when it centered more on Dick's TV show, leaving the spectators wondering if there were still guests going at the inn! Only season 1 is now available on DVD'
