The Office is a show that depicts the everyday lives of typical office employees with an incompetent boss that keeps embarassing himself! Even though 100% of the show is scripted, but actors are encouraged to improvise during the shooting process. Many people have found similarities with the cartoon character Dilbert, one similar observation being that people are often dysfunctional, and regardless on how hard you try, no amount of training can fix it.
