WORST MANAGER EVER

LOW: i have had an acct with Conns for years and Sat. i was treated with the worset disrespect ever in my life by the store manager at Conns in Austin,tx at the Capital Plaza store
GENERAL: i purchased a 5 piece dining set but had to go get table at different location but the store manager said i could not have his floor model and that he was the store manager and he didnt approve this that i was not his problem and just left me and my husband standing there, then he came back and said they found a table in the box in the back and they were getting for us, but it was just the table top no base the manager never came back to talk to us so i left went back to the store that i did the original purchase and returned chairs and told manager that i was going to cancel my acct i spent 3hrs of my time with my huband and small children and got no where i am still frustrated about the situation
