This salad was served at Leblanc Restaurant in Montreal, the succes of this pasta was is originality and complexity, you just need to used your imagination and everything is possible.
To old this bouquet you will need nori (sushi sheet) cone, when your
pasta is ready just put your cook dry pasta in the nori cone, on each end add a little piece of chives and stick a corn pop inside than finaly add some fresh herb on the top.
